Psychology Services

MindCarePsychology Services is an innovative practice, providing multiple modalities of therapeutic support for those in need. Our goal is to break down barriers to mental health care, ensuring everyone can easily access the right therapeutic support, anytime and anywhere.

Traditional In-Person psychology

MindCare Psychology Services offers traditional in-person, face-to-face psychology counselling, which provides numerous benefits. This traditional approach of therapy allows clients to interact directly with their psychologist in a personal and intimate setting. The physical presence of both parties enhances communication through body language and non-verbal cues, creating a more comprehensive therapeutic experience. In-person sessions offer a structured and distraction-free environment, contributing to a focused and effective healing process.

Telehealth psychology

Telehealth psychology is the delivery of psychology services via internet platforms and video conferencing. This mode allows our psychologists to provide therapeutic assistance to individuals within the familiarity and ease of their preferred environment – be it their residence, workplace or any chosen space.

MindCare Psychology Services offers telehealth psychology, designed to seamlessly integrate into your lifestyle. Delivered via a secure and confidential software system, our services ensure a connection between clients and their psychologist through high-definition video conferencing. This innovative approach creates an environment where meaningful, face-to-face interactions with your psychologist mirror the intimacy of in-person sessions.

Telehealth psychology offers an optimal solution for individuals in search of emotional support and guidance, especially those limited by factors such as location, scheduling constraints, mobility limitations and more. Additionally, some individuals may find telehealth appealing as it grants them the privacy and comfort of sharing their emotions and concerns from their personal, intimate spaces.
