They are registered with the Psychologists Registration Board of Australia, and as providers under the Medicare Better Access Scheme.

Bianca Stephenson-Gromer

Bianca is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology Practice. She is a Board-Approved Supervisor, a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and is registered with AHPRA. Bianca had a deep passion for supporting emotional wellbeing across all ages. With extensive experience in private practice and community-based services, she provides therapeutic care for children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Her expertise includes anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress management, trauma and abuse, family violence, eating disorders, parenting support, and child and adolescent mental health.


Committed to continuous learning, Bianca has completed specialist training in developmental trauma, synergetic play therapy, and child psychology. She works from an emotionally and relationally focused perspective, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Play Therapy. Her tailored approach ensures that every client receives personalised and compassionate support.


Bianca is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing, and safe space where individuals and families can explore their emotions, process challenges, and develop strategies for growth and resilience. Whether you're struggling with personal difficulties, family issues, or emotional wellbeing, Bianca’s goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Brigid Blanckenberg

Brigid is a collaborative and non-judgmental psychologist who is passionate about empowering her clients to connect with values and to pursue purposeful lives.


She draws on a range of evidence based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, DBT skills, motivational interviewing and acceptance and commitment therapy to support her clients to explore life difficulties. As a former yoga teacher and long-term meditator, Brigid is also particularly interested in using mindfulness-based approaches to deepen awareness of the mind, while strengthening self-compassion and acceptance.


Brigid has experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, work stress, complex personality, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, identity and body image concerns. She is also experienced working with members of the LGBTIQ+ community.


Brigid has a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne and has completed research in mindful parenting and positive psychology.  In addition to her clinical psychology training, Brigid has a professional background in law and secondary education, which has allowed her to work around the world in a range of private, government, NGO and community settings.  These experiences allow Brigid to build authentic therapeutic relationships and to collaboratively develop therapeutic approaches to suit diverse client needs.

JULIE CHHOUK

Julie is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults, across a range of settings including private practice and schools. She supports individuals with depression and anxiety issues, relationship issues, stress management, identity, mood disorders, low self-esteem, emotional regulation and behaviour management. She has experience with autism, ADHD, behaviours and oppositional defiance. 


Julie works from a person-centred approach, focusing on the therapeutic relationship between herself and her client. She provides a safe and accepting space for children and adults, drawing upon principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Play Therapy. 


Julie is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist, who supports her clients with any difficulties they may be facing. She is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.

Ana Galban

Ana is a warm and compassionate general psychologist aiming to cultivate a collaborative and safe space where each individual can freely express their unique needs.


Originally from Spain, Ana moved to Australia after finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, therefore is able to provide counselling in English, Spanish and Catalan.


With a background spanning both community and private settings, Ana’s particular interests range between anxiety-related issues (i.e. stress, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder), autism, trauma, depression and mood disorders, adjustment to challenging life circumstances, low self-esteem, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties.


Ana offers treatment from a person-centred approach, using a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing, amongst others. Additionally, Ana values client feedback, ensuring sessions remain meaningful and purposeful. 


Outside of her practice, Ana enjoys exploring music and arts, reading about spirituality and eastern philosophies, and practicing pilates.
