Board-Approved Psychology Supervision

Bianca Stephenson-Gromer is a Board-Approved Supervisor who provides professional supervision to provisional psychologists, including Master's students and those completing the 5+1 internship pathway, as well as general psychologists seeking ongoing professional development and support.


Bianca offers a warm, collaborative and tailored approach to supervision, supporting supervisees not only in meeting their formal requirements, but in developing confidence, competence and their own authentic therapeutic style. Her supervision space is designed to feel safe, reflective and growth-oriented.

Bianca has extensive experience working across private practice, community organisations and school settings. She supports children, adolescents, adults and families presenting with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, trauma and behavioural challenges.


Her professional experience includes; Supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ASD and ADHD, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Trauma informed therapy and emotion regulation frameworks, conducting psychological assessments and preparing comprehensive reports, and Collaborating with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams


Bianca is also experienced in supervising provisional psychologists and students. She is passionate about supporting early-career practitioners and understands the demands, challenges and learning curves involved in training pathways. Her supervision style integrates both practical clinical guidance and emotional support.

 

Bianca views supervision as a collaborative partnership. She brings structure, clinical knowledge and experience, while also valuing each supervisee’s individual strengths, perspectives and developing identity as a practitioner.

Bianca offers flexible supervision formats to meet individual needs:

  • Telehealth supervision – accessible and convenient
  • In-person sessions – available in Albert Park, VIC


Supervision can be tailored to meet university, placement, registration or professional development requirements.


Fees

  • $185 per 60-minute supervision session
